Once a week
I have decided to give myself a schedule. Ill post one story from any point in my life every week. Well, Im sixteen now. Im sure I have too many stories Ill want to tell you. Come here every Tuesday. I really hope I can stick to my promise.
A Whole New World
She walked into the campus, dull grey walls staring down at her. Everything was so different. No more uniforms, new friends and a whole new environment. She honestly did not know what to do. Should she please everyone as she had been doing all her life? Or should she just try to search for herself?
I finally started college and it has been pretty tough to adjust to. See, the curriculum here is no longer just books, memorizing text and essays after essays. Its presentations, lectures and everything was the opposite of how high school operated.
My friends here are so different too. Well, Im not exactly complaining. They are really nice. However sometimes I just feel that I dont fit in. When I was in high school I had friends who love KFC and being plain silly in public. Now, I have health freaks as friends. Ok, just in case you think im insulting them, Im not. Im just not used to being told what NOT to eat. Sometimes it feels like Im in class with my mother.
Well, I only have time for this. I realised this "story blog" has turned into my ranting forum.. hmm... I got to find some life to inject to my stories. Or at least write the wonderful events down as well before my readers think Im a sappy girl who cant care less for the rest of the world.
Oh yes, Im going to get new spectacles. Im bored of this pair of orange ones and no, Im not chicken little. Yes, I look fabulous in orange glasses.
